Terms & Conditions:

1. Avance Technologies, herein referred to as “Avance,” acts as a marketing and distribution entity and is not the manufacturer of the products sold.
2. The buyer certifies that their registration certificate under the applicable tax laws is valid at the time of purchase.
3. Avance’s responsibility ceases upon the goods leaving our warehouse.
4. All products are accompanied by a proper GST invoice. Customers requiring their company’s GST No. on the invoice must provide the details during ordering and submit the necessary GST certificate.
5. Products sold are computer spares and components unless specified as a complete system.
6. Special usage requirements must be communicated during purchase; otherwise, the warranty is void.
7. Customers cannot waive responsibility based on ignorance of terms & conditions.
8. For gaming chairs, only part replacement is applicable for defective or damaged products; no refunds are issued.
9. For “Dead on Arrival” products, all parts and accessories must be present in the original packaging for eligibility.
10. Warranty does not cover physical damage, mishandling, or tampering of products. Installation requires a technically qualified PC Hardware engineer.
11. Avance reserves the right to cancel orders due to price or stock issues.
12. Disputes arising from this contract fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at KOLKATA.

Warranty & RMA Terms:

1. Products are covered by carry-in warranty. Both shipping charges for RMA products are borne by the buyer.
2. On-Site warranty is subject to brand coverage; otherwise, it defaults to Carry-In service.
3. Avance’s shipping service for RMA products does not include insurance for transit damage.
4. Direct Warranty implies direct coverage by the Manufacturer/Distributor, with Avance having no legal or financial liability.
5. Customers must provide a copy of the invoice for warranty purposes.
6. Warranty repair/replacement is applicable only to products in good physical condition.
7. Warranty is void for products with specific damages or alterations.
8. Duration of RMA/Warranty Claim follows the brand’s policy.
9. Warranty does not cover damages due to mishandling or abnormal usage.
10. Warranty is against manufacturing defects as per the manufacturer’s policy.
11. Warranty service is subject to manufacturer/supplier policies.
12. Avance reserves the right to reject warranty claims without complete accessories.
13. Service litigations must be addressed directly to manufacturers/distributors.
14. Warranty service is provided upon full payment.
15. Avance reserves the right to revoke the RMA/Warranty Claim service without prior notice.

General Terms:

1. All information on Avance’s platforms is protected by copyright laws.
2. Avance disclaims all warranties or conditions regarding the information provided.
3. Avance reserves the right to suspend or cancel services due to technical issues.
4. Privacy of information is respected; no personal information is disclosed to external sources without permission.
5. Avance reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
6. Information about individuals is not used without permission.
7. Personal information is not disclosed for marketing purposes.
8. Cash payments are not accepted.
